It's not just about bread, it's about farming, heritage and the whole process of creating. We need to start thinking about the soil; one of the most underrated ingredients involved in making bread.

Coming in 2023

We continue to strive towards producing the best bread while being nutritious and local.

In order to do this, we have begun the process of becoming self-sufficient and sustainable in our bread production. We will start with growing organic grains within Carlow County. Its important for us to grow in a way that gives back to the soil. We will then mill in-house and bake in our wood-fired oven.
